NR513 focuses on the development of the professional nursing role at the graduate level. Emphasis is placed on nursing theory, professional identity, leadership development, ethical decision-making, time management, scholarly writing, and interprofessional collaboration. Students explore the evolution of nursing practice while strengthening skills necessary for advanced practice and lifelong professional growth.
