How to Approach the Questions
1. APA Citation
Provide the complete reference for each article using APA format.
Include author(s), year, title, journal name, volume/issue, pages, and DOI or link if available.
2. Why You Chose the Article
Explain how the article relates to your clinical issue of interest.
Mention why the research is important or useful for improving practice.
Briefly discuss research ethics, such as:
protection of participants
informed consent
confidentiality.
3. Research Aim or Purpose
Identify the main objective of the study.
Explain what the researchers were trying to discover, evaluate, or compare.
Summarize this in 1–2 paragraphs.
4. Research Methodology
Determine the type of research design used:
Qualitative: focuses on experiences, opinions, or perceptions.
Quantitative: uses numbers, measurements, or statistical analysis.
Mixed methods: combines qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Explain how the researchers collected and analyzed data.
5. Strengths of the Methodology
Discuss why the research method is appropriate for the study.
Mention aspects such as:
reliability (consistent results)
validity (accuracy of findings)
ability to answer the research question.
Explain how the methodology supports trustworthy research results.
