Discuss the underlying pathophysiological mechanisms of your assigned disease process. Which clinical manifestations observed in Janessa’s case could be explained by the pathophysiological mechanisms? 

My discussion is asthma which is a chronic inflammatory disorder of an airway that leads to reversable airflow obstruction. It is a hypersensitivity disorder especially in an allergic asthma reaction due to extrinsic factors.
