This week focuses on assessment and care for patients at the end of their life’s journey.

Task:

Discuss and share with your peers how your assessment in caring for patients during this stage has been or could be important to their care.
Provide an example from your experience if possible.
If you have not yet cared for a patient at this stage, reflect on the importance of assessment and give a theoretical example.
